Shipping policy

We currently ship from Australia. We will always strive to meet your delivery requirements; we use respected courier services and can deliver to most locations without any problems. National delivery time is usually 5-8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only, actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver. We aim to provide you with notice of any delay as soon as reasonably possible. 

Delivery prices vary depending on the weight, location and contents of the chosen item and delivery service, a price will be calculated during the checkout process when the delivery details have been entered.

Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a tracking number and link to our delivery partner. Please note that our carrier companies’ delivery policies also apply. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon, weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
